Having initially attained a degree in Fine Art at Leeds Metropolitan University, I decided to re train as an Osteopath following my own positive experience with osteopathic treatment for back pain. I graduated from the European School of Osteopathy, Maidstone in 2007 and have been a practicing Osteopath for over 17 years. During this time I have worked in Hythe, East Peckham, Chatham and now treat from my home practice in Bearsted full time. In addition to this I am currently a faculty member of the European School of Osteopathy, teaching Specific Adjustment Technique (SAT) and subtle palpation.

I treat adults and children with a range of conditions using a combination of structural and cranial techniques, tailoring each treatment to fit the patients body type and condition. I believe that we are products of our whole life experience. It is my approach to assess my patient’s presenting complaints from a holistic point of view, taking into account the condition of the body and mind at the time of the onset of pain.

My specialist interest is working with trauma and stress. This might be due to a physical or an emotional cause. My approach is empathetic and collaborative, working with the patient to explore patterns of tension and holding within the body and creating a safe space for change to occur.
