Welcome to my resources for patients area!

This space is intended as a place where I can direct you to accessory tools, which may help you to boost your treatment session or supply you with more Information. It is also intended to help during times when you may not be able to attend a face to face appointment, particularly relevant in the light of the Covid-19 pandemic. The resources here are a starting point to enable you to self manage. I would still encourage you book in either for a face to face appointment for a tailor-made, bespoke treatment with me where I can use my clinical knowledge and experience to examine, diagnose and guide you personally.

Current patients of mine will know that I work on a holistic - mind, body, spirit ethos. This means that I believe we are a product of our whole life experience and that pain, stress and tension usually have more than one contributing factor. By looking at the bigger picture and not just at the painful joint, I believe you will gain a better understating of your condition and greater control over your recovery.

It is with this in mind that I am extending support out towards nurturing a healthy mind and spirit as well as focusing on the physical body, all three are connected after all.
